Financially speaking, a Pacquiao loss to Cotto would mean big money in the bank for Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao. Some of you may be asking, "what the heck is Cooney talking about?" Well let us look at the possibilities of what could happen if Manny does lose to Cotto.

A loss would almost mandate a rematch. If Manny were to lose to Cotto, it would probably happen in the first fight. Pacquiao's camp has not been void of some distractions over in The Philippines, so if a loss is in the works it would more than likely happen in this fight. That being said, this would set up a big Cotto rematch for Pacquiao to reclaim the top spot. If Manny were to win the rematch, that sets up the big trilogy fight.
