If Jose Sulaiman and his World Boxing Council really want to be involved with Pacquiao vs. Cotto, I say do away with the Diamond Belt and pull Freddie and Manny aside and say "No" to Shaquille O'Neal and all future celebrities and wannabes that want to "do" ringwalks.

We have all had a lot of fun, but its too much already. After Shaq, then everybody and their uncle are going to want a celebrity to walk them into fights with their music; into restaurants, movie theaters, Department of Motor Vehicles, libraries, etc.

Today in boxing you have four - round prelim fighters and their "people" at the day before weigh -ins confronting arena management that they must have their eight- minute rap song played and video on or their fighter isn't fighting, let alone make the 90 - second ring walk...
