If Manny Pacquiao says, "Just get the weights close enough, I want the Mayweather fight," I think we might have a great fight on our hands and forget what I wrote in part one.

Although Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez fought to a draw and a split decision in their two fights at 130, Pacquaio has a much greater chance of beating Mayweather than Marquez ever did.

Marquez is a counter puncher. He certainly has world class offensive skills, but in big fights he goes defensive, which was his downfall in the Mayweather fight...
